Refund Policy and Rules for the Luz de Almoradí Apartment
This establishment has a non-refundable policy
Refunds
All reservations made under the non-refundable rate are subject to the following conditions:
- 🔒 Non-refundable: The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of confirmation and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- ❌ Cancellations: No free cancellations are accepted. The customer will forfeit 100% of the amount paid.
- 🔄 Changes: No date changes or modifications are permitted once the reservation has been confirmed.
- 🚫 No-show: The full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- ⚠️ Force majeure: A change of dates may be considered on an exceptional basis, but the accommodation provider is under no obligation to do so.
House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay and keep the accommodation in good condition, please observe the following rules:
- 🚭 No smoking anywhere in the accommodation.
- 🎉 Parties and events are not allowed.
- 🐾 No pets allowed.
- 🔇 Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid making loud noises.
- 🏠 The accommodation must be kept in good condition during your stay.
⚠️ Damage to the accommodation
If any damage occurs during your stay, the property may request compensation for such damage after check-out, based on an assessment of the damage.
Check-in and Check-out
🕒 Check-in: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
👉 Please let us know your estimated time of arrival in advance.
🕙 Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
Additional Terms and Conditions
👶 Children: Children of all ages are welcome.
🛏️ Cribs and extra beds: Not available.
🔞 Minimum age: There is no age restriction for check-in.

By making a reservation, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions described here.
